If you cannot start your stay or if you cancel the booking, the following cancellation fees will be charged (if we cannot find an equivalent replacement):

Cancellation up to 22 days before arrival = no fee
Cancellation up to 21 to 15 days before arrival = 25%
Cancellation 14 to 8 days before arrival = 50%
Cancellation 7 days or less before arrival = 100%

The basis for calculation is the total invoice amount according to your room reservation, less half board.

* In case of early departure or late arrival, the total room price will be charged according to the reservation.
